These terms govern your use of Sowhat, a WhatsApp customer-messaging and sales
platform operated by AXSUS ("we", "us"). You agree to them by ticking the box when you create an account, or when we ask you to accept an updated version.
If you are agreeing for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
What the service does
Sowhat lets you connect a WhatsApp Business account, hold customer conversations,
store contacts and leads, run campaigns, build automations and record sales. Available
features depend on your plan.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your
password and API credentials confidential.
- You must be 18 or older and using the service for a lawful business.
- Email info@converzen.tech promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
How you may use it
You may not use Sowhat to:
- message people who have not opted in to hear from you;
- send spam, scams, or anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or obscene;
- breach the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta's platform terms — these apply
to you directly and are enforced by Meta, not by us;
- bypass plan limits, probe our security, or disrupt the service;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
WhatsApp bans are real and we cannot reverse them.
Meta may restrict or permanently ban a number that attracts spam reports or breaches its
policies. That decision is Meta's alone. We cannot appeal it for you, and it is not
grounds for a refund.
Plans, fees and billing
- Monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance, in Indian Rupees. The Lifetime plan is a single payment (see below).
- Current prices are shown in the app. We may change them with at least 30 days' notice;
the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes, added where required.
- If payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is settled.
Lifetime plan
- The Lifetime plan costs ₹7,999 plus GST, paid once.
- "Lifetime" means a fixed term of 10 (ten) years from the date your payment is confirmed.
It does not mean the lifetime of a person, a business or the service. When the 10 years end, your
workspace moves to the Free plan unless you buy another plan. Your data stays.
- It includes everything in the Free plan plus the extra features and limits shown for Lifetime in the
app on the day you buy it (today: WhatsApp template builder and approvals, full data export, and higher
contact, message and storage limits than Free). Other Pro and Pro Max features are not included; you can
move to a monthly or yearly plan at any time.
- It covers one workspace and cannot be transferred, resold or split.
- Festival, yearly and other offers do not apply to the Lifetime price.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. WhatsApp charges from Meta are not included (see below).
- If we stop offering Sowhat before your 10 years end, we will tell you by email at least 90 days before
and help you export your data.
WhatsApp charges are separate
Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API conversations. Those charges are
set by Meta, billed against your own Meta account, and are not included in your
Sowhat subscription. Your subscription pays for the software only.
Your data and content
Your contacts, conversations and uploads remain yours. You grant us only the permission
needed to host, process and display that content so the service can work — see our
Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis
to message the people in your contact list and for honouring requests to stop.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third parties — Meta,
payment gateways, AI providers — whose outages we cannot control. We do not currently
offer a contractual uptime guarantee.
Suspension and termination
- You may cancel any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, threatens the service or
other customers, or where required by law.
- On closure you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss,
lost profits, lost business, or lost or corrupted data. Our total liability for any claim
is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app or by email before
they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu
have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
