SOWHAT
GST invoicing

GST quotations, invoices, e-invoice and e-way bill — sent on WhatsApp

Make a GST-correct quotation or invoice in a minute, send it as a PDF on WhatsApp, collect the payment in the same chat, and hand your accountant clean files.

From quotation to paid invoice

  1. Quotation or proforma with your logo, HSN/SAC and tax worked out from the place of supply.
  2. Tax invoice in one click — CGST + SGST inside your state, IGST outside it.
  3. Send on WhatsApp as a PDF, with a payment link if you want one.
  4. Paid — Razorpay or your own UPI confirms it and the invoice marks itself paid.

E-invoice and e-way bill files

For businesses above the e-invoicing threshold, Sowhat checks each invoice, credit note and challan for what the portal needs (PIN code, HSN, vehicle details) and makes the IRP bulk upload file (e-invoice schema 1.1) and the e-way bill bulk JSON. Upload them on the government portal, import the result file, and the IRN, acknowledgement, signed QR and e-way bill number are stored and printed on your documents.

Filing is file-based: Sowhat prepares the files and reads the portal’s result. Direct API filing through a GSP is not part of Sowhat today.
